Girl Power!

Who says girls can’t be self-sufficient? While my radiator cap is not as pretty as this Studebaker one, it is quite lovely when it works. Today, mine failed and I thought the worst (Crud, failed water pump!!!) as I saw radiator fluid leaking profusely under my van when I parked this morning to go for my morning walk at the park. I drove the short distance home. Parked, again fluid coming down onto the ground. I popped the hood and saw it coming from the cap. Topped off the fluid in the overflow, headed over to O’Reilly, bought a new cap and a gallon of straight anti-freeze. Drained and replaced the anti-freeze (Yes boys, I added water too) . Replaced cap. Good to go!
